Hi Folks,

Believe it or not, I'm now a lawyer and I'm working for Victoria Legal Aid. I work as a duty lawyer in the Mlebourne Magistrates' Court - which makes me the free lawyer that you get when you turn up without any money or representation. It's hard work, but fascinating and very rewarding - and there's always more to learn.

Still got time for music though. I have a new band called Lonesome Still - we're a fusion of bluegrass and celtic music, and we'll be recording in the New Year. We cut our teeth at a few bluegrass festivals in 2014 including the Guildford Banjo Jamboree, Foggy Mountain Bluegrass Festival and Harrietville Bluegrass Festival.

Woodford Folk Festival - Andrew Clermont's International Supper Club

you won't find us on the program - we're a secret (please tell everyone) - playing as special guests in Andrew's famous Supper Club. Daily Shows at 3pm and 9pm. Check the chalkboard at the venue for exact times, but it will be mostly TG doing a spot in the afternoon shows and me doing a spot in the evenings. I will be doing long sets in the 9pm show on the 28th and 29th December.

Latest Releases:

My most recent release, is "Legacy : 20 years of Tpolical Songwriting" CD /DVD which I hope will be a full swag of interestingness for you all. As well as 15 of my best political songs from over the years on CD, the DVD has an 8-minute music video of "Black Carrie", live footage from Woodford Folk Festival and the Harp in Sydney, a slideshow of weird and wonderful pictures I took on my travels around the world, and some beautifully inspirational videos from international environment groups.

You can see the video at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyI5hAvkIug

For the title track, I've re-written my 1992 song "Legacy" to bring it up to date with current global events and concerns, and included a new song "Black Snake Range" about my lovely mountains here. In addition, I've re-recorded "So Lucky" finally to my satisfaction and also "No Way In, No Way Out" as the original version from 1991 was a too poor-quality a recording to put next to the other material. It's OK on Archive Vol.2, because they're all of a piece, but right next to the spanky recordings I made later, it sounded a bit tatty. But the new version I'm very happy with. Huge thanks to Mal Webb and Peter Haydon for all their help in recording

The songlist is a follows:

      Legacy 2010
Black Carrie
Mother Song
 Our Apartheid
 Black Snake Range
No Way In, No Way Out
 Safe Home
  Guenevere and the Fire
The Old Man in the Rock
Aunty Betty
 Madness, Mines and Mortgages
 Steel-Hearted Annie
So Lucky

Some of these songs have been unavailable for years, as the albums there were on have been out of print, so I'm very happy to be able to make them available again.
